Deep Sky Creations is one person, so there is one address rather than a switchboard of aliases that all land in the same place. Pick the row below that matches what you need — it will tell you where to write, or where to go instead.
There is no contact form here deliberately. Email is a channel you already control, keeps your own copy of what you sent, and needs no account.
What do you need?
- Help with a game
- Start at support — installation, updates, the official download and what that browser warning means are all answered there. It is faster than waiting on a reply, and if it does not cover your case the page tells you exactly where to write next.
- Press & media
- The press page has the studio facts, the logo and the current public titles, cleared for use. For anything beyond it — a build, a quote, a specific question — write with "Press" in the subject and say what you are working on and by when.
- Business
- Publishing, distribution, licensing, collaboration — write with "Business" in the subject . Concrete proposals get read properly; generic outreach probably will not.
- The astronomy
- Questions about a capture, the equipment, a catalogue entry, or using an image — write with "Astrophotography" in the subject . These are welcome and usually the most interesting mail that arrives.
- Anything else
- Mike@DeepSkyCreations.com. No subject convention needed.
Replies come from one person around actual development work, so they are not instant. There is no ticket number, no auto-responder and no promised turnaround — but nothing gets closed unread.
Where the studio is not
Deep Sky Creations has no Discord, no subreddit and no social accounts. The community hub and the forums on this site are the only places the studio talks to people, and this address is the only way to reach it privately.
If an account somewhere claims to be this studio, it is not one. Anything official will be linked from this site first.
The same goes for downloads. A Deep Sky Creations game comes from a link on this site and nowhere else — there are no key resellers, no mirrors and no third-party installers.
Accounts, data and the small print
Requests about your account or your data — an export, a deletion, a correction — go to the same address, and the privacy policy sets out what is held and for how long. Account settings, including deleting an account outright, live in your account.
